Description
Inishowen House is a large impressive 5 bedroom home available for rentals. Located just a short drive from Ballyliffin in Donegal on the Inishowen Peninsula and between villages of Rashenny and Carndonagh, this lovely holiday home is surrounded by incredible beaches.
The house has three floors. The ground floor is home to the living spaces. The kitchen/ dining area is open plan and is very well equipped with all the appliances, cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware you require. The separate utility area houses both a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is ample dining space for all 14 people should you wish to all sit down together. Should you wish to employ the services of our private chef please contact us for details and prices.
Double doors lead into the main lounge area with a cosy open fire, TV and comfy couches. There is a second living room so there are lots of options should you wish to all sit down together or break up into smaller groups.
A small workstation has been set up downstairs should you it be required.
Two of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One has an ensuite with a fully wheelchair accessible ensuite shower and a double bed. The other also has a double bed and has access to the downstairs bathroom with bath. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs and can be accessed using the stairs or the internal lift.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as two single beds and is ensuite with bath and separate shower. There is another bedroom at either end of the landing each of which is ensuite and has both a double and a single bed. In all, Inishowen House can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. We can also provide travel cots and highchairs should they be required.
Below the ground floor level is a recreation area with a pool table, foosball table, sauna, exercise bike and treadmill. The ideal space for teens to hang out! This can be accessed by the stairs or the lift.
The front of the house offers spectacular sea views over Pollan Bay and overlooks a working farm to the rear. There is plenty of parking with space for up to 5 cars. There is outside seating and a BBQ so if you are lucky, and the weather is with you, you can sit out and enjoy the beautiful views to the sea.
PETS
Well trained dogs are welcome on request. Please enquire at time of booking. We respectfully ask that they be kept downstairs and off the furniture and that their bedding is kept in the tiled kitchen area.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage/ security deposit of €1000 euro must be paid in advance of your stay to the owners. This will be returned just after departure providing the caretaker is satisfied that there have been no breakages or damages to the property.
