Description
The Bridge House is a an Edwardian c1850 newly renovated boutique home which is both expansive yet cosy. Located in a tranquil courtyard setting, The Bridge House has five bedrooms in all. There are two ensuite bedrooms on ground floor. Upstairs are the kitchen and living areas along with another three bedrooms and three more bathrooms. There is also a very cool chill out area where you can sit and watch the world go by outside with views over the River Shannon.
When you stay at The Bridge House you will have full access to the house along with a patio area to the rear of the house, where you can sit and relax while watching the sun go down. There is lots of space for kids to run around and explore.
The Bridge House consists of the following:
• Five bedrooms to sleep up to 15-20 people. Two bedrooms have a double and single bed, one bedroom can be made up either as a double or a twin and the remaining two bedrooms feature three adult bunk beds in each
• Five bathrooms with showers in each
• Car parking directly in front of your accommodation.
• Traditional Irish Music literally on your doorstep
• The award winning Oarsman gastro bar and restaurant is right outside your front door
• A really spacious open plan living/dining room filled with natural light
• Large private and secure patio are with bench and picnic seating and covered with two large umbrellas
• An open plan, fully fitted kitchen featuring an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery.
• Bed linen and towels are provided with goose and down duvets and pillows.
• Smart TV with access to Netflix/Prime/Disney with you own log ins
• High speed broadband and wifi throughout whole house
Location
The Bridge House is situated right in the middle of town on the River Shannon with most spectacular views of the marina and river. There are great restaurants and bars, shops and nightlife all on hand, and the beach in Strandhill in Sligo is only a short drive away.
Indeed, being within an easy walk of the town’s many friendly and lively pubs means no problems with having a sociable drink in the evening; a plus factor that makes for the most relaxed of stays. For most holidaymakers, this convenience is a considerable recommendation when choosing where to stay.
The Bridge House is ideal for large families who want to gather together and stay together under the one roof and at the same time having plenty of space to themselves.

Pets Welcome:
Pets are welcome on request and we have two large dog cages available for use during your stay. We would kindly request that pets be kept downstairs and away from the bedrooms. An additional charge of €50 euro per pet per stay will apply. This is payable onsite to the owner Philip on arrival.
