Welcome to Greenane House, a spacious and luxurious place for up to 20 guests in County Kerry. Surrounded by an acre of private land including and offering stunning views of mountains, this wonderful home is located just a 12 minute drive to Killarney town centre, close to the village of Beaufort and 5 minutes to the famous Gap of Dunloe. Perfect for those who want to explore and relax!
The house is spread over three floors. You enter on the ground level into the bright and colourful hallway. The main living area is to your left with a combined open plan living oom, dining room and kitchen. This is a light filled, yet cosy space with incredible views towards the MacGillycuddy Reeks. The living room has lots of seating along with a huge TV and a wecloming open fire. There is a large dining table to seat 12-14 people at once but there is lots of additional seating in the room along with a couple of coffee tables should you require extra table space.
The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. It is very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking ware and all the appliances you would expect including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Double doors lead out onto a balcony area with some outdoor seating and a BBQ which you are welcome to us. Sit out and enjoy the long bright Kerry evenings while taking in the incredible views.
Each of the bedrooms in this welcoming home is named after a traditional Irish tree. On the Ground level you will find the following bedrooms (a Super King = King (American) King = Queen (American) and Single = Twin (American):
PLEASE NOTE:
- Greenane House is let out on a Saturday to Saturday basis with a minimum stay of 7 nights from from June - mid September. For the remainder of the year, we hav a 4 night minimum stay.
- Energy charges are included in the price up to a maximum of 50 litres of oil. Usage in excess of this amount will be charged per unit and payable on departure.
- No hen or stag parties will be accepted or allowed
- Unfortunately we do not accept pets at this property
