There are two sitting rooms, both with open fires and the house has central heating throughout.
There are 4 bedrooms – a master double bedroom with ensuite, a family room with a double bed and a single bed, and a single bedroom upstairs. Downstairs is another double bedroom with a bathroom with shower alongside it. The main family bathroom is upstairs.
Please note: there is no cot or highchair available at this property. Guests travelling with a baby should arrange to bring along their own travel cot.
Outside is a large enclosed garden area with garden furniture where you can relax in the suntrap at the side of the house. There is secure parking at rear of property.
The closest beach is the Blue Flag beach at Templetown which is just 2 miles away.
You can walk to the local pub - Lily Finnegan's - in about 10-12 minutes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
On arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €200 to be paid in cash. This will be refunded to you on departure providing there are no breakages or damages.
