The Waterfront Quay Houses offer elegant living and luxury self-catering at its finest. Situated directly overlooking the River Shannon in the town centre of Carrick on Shannon, Co.Leitrim.
The superb Waterfront Houses consists of the following:
• 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people in two double/single bedroom ensuite, one large studio bedroom with either two double or twin beds. As we have zip and link beds we can offer you whatever sleeping arrangements you require.
• Car Parking directly in front of your accommodation.
• A really spacious open plan living/dining room filled with natural light with private patio with Barbeque.
• The open plan, fully fitted kitchen features an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery.
• Bed linen and towels are provided with goose and down duvets and pillows.
• TV channels available in the holiday homes are: RTE1, RTE2, TV3, TG4, BBC1, BBC2 , SKY NEWS
• High speed broadband and wifi throughout whole house
Location
The Waterfront Quay Houses are situated right in the middle of town on the River Shannon with most spectacular views of the marina and river. With restaurants and bars, shops and nightlife all on hand, yet still only a short drive from the beach in Strandhill in Sligo.
Indeed, being within an easy walk of the town’s many friendly and lively pubs means no problems with having a sociable drink in the evening; a plus factor that makes for the most relaxed of stays. For most holidaymakers, this convenience is a considerable recommendation when choosing where to stay.

Pets Welcome:
Pets are welcome on request and we have two large dog cages available for use during your stay. We would kindly request that pets be kept downstairs and away from the bedrooms. An additional charge of €50 euro per pet per stay will apply, this is payable onsite to the owner Philip on arrival.

King House - Historic Mansion & Military Barr

Directions
Driving from Sligo or Dublin the houses are located directly on the main bridge near roundabout . You can drive to the houses by turning into car-park opposite Cryans hotel and drive under the bridge and the houses will be on your right hand side and are the two yellow houses nearest to the bridge.
Check in Details:
Possession of your house can be taken between 12.00pm- 6pm. Houses must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. It is important that you contact the owner Philip on 086 6029755 at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange your arrival time.
