Description
The Avenue Holiday Homes are 4 bedroom holiday homes that can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The are located right beside Killarney Train Station and form part of the Great Southern Hotel. They are located just a five minute stroll from the front entrance to the Hotel or a two minute stroll to the hotel’s swimming pool and leisure centre.
Downstairs is an open plan sitting room with dining and kitchen areas. The sitting room has a welcoming open fire with a starter pack, TV, DVD player and free wifi. The dining table has seats for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washer dryer, electric oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The back door leads outside to a private patio area with a picnic bench – lovely to enjoy the long summer evenings in Kerry!
There are two bedrooms downstairs – one twin and one double. They share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs and again there is one double and one twin. Each of these rooms is ensuite with a walk in shower.
There are TV’s in all the bedrooms.
One car park space per house.
For weekly lettings the self catering holiday homes are serviced mid stay which includes linen and towel change and general clean.
GREAT SOUTHERN HOTEL
The Avenue Holiday Village makes up part of the Great Southern Hotel Killarney Resort and guests can access the hotel through a gate directly from the holiday homes which is just s 2 minute walk away.
Guests may use the Innisfallen Leisure Centre at the Hotel free of charge during their stay. Facilities include 15m swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and tennis courts.

The holiday homes are located just a 5 minute walk from the very centre of Killarney town.
