Taylors Point House is a beautiful four bedroom house situated right by the sea in Connemara near the small village of Carraroe.

It is a tastefully decorated house which includes 4 double bedrooms, 2 ensuites and 2 separate bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are down stairs - one of which is ensuite.

The kitchen dining room and living area take advantage of the beautiful views.

Outside there are two patio areas which can also be used for entertaining.

While staying at Taylors Point House you are in walking distance to the nearest shop and pub. There are numerous beaches in the area but the nearest beach would be a 5 minute drive.

For the golfers, the golf course is also 5 min drive.

This is a heavenly place for a quiet break.

Security Deposit

A Security deposit of €200 cash must be given on arrival. This will be returned to you provided that the owner is satisfied that the terms and conditions have been complied with. Cost of repairs to property as a result of negligence will be deducted from security deposit, with an additional charge where this is insufficient.

Pets

We do welcome one well behaved dog. Please note that an onsite charge of €50 euro must be paid in cash on arrival for the additional cleaning and we respectfully ask that you keep the dog downstairs and off the furniture and that you clean up after it before you leave.

We would absolutely recommend this home

"We had a fantastic stay! The home was so spacious, clean, and beautiful! The location could not be beat! We spent every night in front of a warm fire while looking out over the ocean. The local store was extremely well appointed and was in walking distance. Micheal was a gracious host who gave us local tips on food, the bus, etc. We would absolutely recommend this home!!"

Stunningly equipped and elegant country stay

"Taylor's Point is a stunningly equipped and elegant country stay. The combined spaces of the external covered patio, the conservatory and the dining room/kitchen made a nice cosy family space for us to be together. Many lovely places to visit. The checkin procedure was in the end fine, the keyholder sent us a video of the house he had just made. We could have done with some written instructions for the TV (strange satellite system, no obvious channels) and the stove (had to look it up on Google). My bed could have been softer. The Wifi was fine in the living room but a booster to the far end of the house could be useful. Good small supermarket over the road in the filling station."

So relaxing and beautiful

"We have just left this lovely home and have to say it was even more beautiful when we arrived from the pictures the house was immaculate and the views lovely and to just sit and watch the tide come in and go and the house was so roomy with all 8 of us and dog and the outside ample private space with patios and your own private space of the sea. To even hear my son say he was sad to leave says it all as where we all as it was just so relaxing and we really miss the view so much. We will be back and thank you so much for a lovely home that sits on a gem of a view that made it all the a worth while holiday . Maria"

Pleasant Suprise

"I rarely write reviews but the house and area was so good and the couple who rented the house so nice I wanted to comment on it. The house is immaculately clean and the amenities were far better than one would have expected from rented accommodation e.g. Surround Sound TV, jacuzzi bath, smart TV etc... The broadband is excellent and we used our Netflix account to stream movies to the TV with no problems. The house has multiple TVs and there is more than one DVD player. The view was great and lovely to have dinner on the decking or just sit outside and have a beer. It feels quite remote but shops are within walking distance. I returned from our trip and having been recommending it to all our friends."
