Upon turning the key and opening the door to Shrubbery Mews 1 , one immediately senses the calm and style of this oasis of luxury and comfort. Allow the soothing shades of soft greys and greens relax you as you wander through the sitting room into the kitchen and over to the window to enjoy the views onto Henry Street. It seems hard to believe that the town of Kenmare is just on your doorstep.
If you are planning to cook up with some of the great local, organic produce available in this foodie heaven, the delightful country style kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary implements and facilities. It also includes the obligatory Nespresso coffee machine, which, combined with the street view outside the kitchen window, offers a relaxing way to ease into the day of exploring ahead. The round kitchen table in this space provides the ideal dining area, again whilst watching the world go by, but from your own stylish retreat.
Upstairs choose between the master bedroom to the front of the property with restored sash windows overlooking the street or the second bedroom to the back of the apartment and overlooking the garden terrace. Both bedrooms are decorated in soft tones of grey and white with luxurious furnishings to complete the ambience. Both apartments enjoy the same footprint in that they have the same room layout and configuration and the same facilities. Both are accessed by the same private entrance with parking for one vehicle for each apartment. The entrance is secure and well lit, with stone steps leading up to the garden terrace. Shrubbery Mews 1 has an outdoor seating area which private and has a trellis with planting and flowers all around. Access to the apartment is through the terrace.
