Bedroom two - Twin bedroom with ensuite bath and power shower, shaving point, radio, bedside cabinets and reading lights.
Smaller cosy sitting & reading room with selection of books for the quieter moments. It also has some toys, games and a second TV and DVD player. A lovely room to relax and unwind with a glass of wine.
Utility room /Boot room with full laundry facilities, separate washer and drier, vacuum cleaner.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including juicer, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer, 5 hob cooker, double oven and iPod doc. The door leads out on to the patio and overlooks the gardens. A lovely spot for your morning coffee!
Upstairs:
The sitting room has an open stone fireplace and French doors to the west for the captivating evening sunsets. There is a television (including satellite T.V.), DVD, video and music system. The semi-open plan layout, leads you down steps to the dining room where there are ceiling to floor double height glass windows facing the magnificent Kenmare Bay.

Outside there is a large patio area and a barbecue with garden furniture allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking views - ideal for informal dining and impromptu parties.
There is a one and a half acre enclosed garden, with a mix of landscaping, flower beds of native fuchsia and ample room to play, with extensive gravel parking and turning areas.

Attractions
Nearby Kenmare (4 miles) was laid out in 1775 and, despite a thriving business community, it has managed to preserve its old world charm. There are excellent restaurants and two five star hotels, not to mention colourful pubs and quaint little shops. Killarney lies in the opposite direction and has much to lure the visitor. There are golf clubs galore, with The Ring of Kerry Golf Course virtually on the doorstep and 2 more courses nearby. Fishing, hiking and horse riding are available also. 'Star Sailing' offers cruising, kayaking, sailing, hillwalking or extreme sports. We are on the famous 'Kerry Way'.
Beyond Kenmare, lies the road to the Beara Peninsula and the rest of the renown Ring of Kerry route.
