Description
Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen with dining table to seat 6. It is a really well equipped kitchen and there is a breakfast bar area with stools to seat additional people. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The sitting room is separate and offers wonderful views out over the harbour. It has a cosy wood burning stove and comfy couches. Wifi is available free of charge to guests during their stay.
The front of the house has a grass lawn and a picnic bench to sit outside and enjoy the views.
There are two double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and 1 x twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over it downstairs and another upstairs.
This is a homely house and has lots of lovely little welcoming touches to help make you comfortable during your stay.

LOCATION
Harbour View Lodge is located right in the colourful town of Sneem in Co. Kerry in the South West of Ireland just steps from the great pubs and restaurants and shops. The town playground is also within a 1 minute walk of the house - ideal for keeping the younger ones entertained!
SNEEM
Sneem is situated on the famous "Ring of Kerry" a route that encapsulates some of the best nature has to offer. The town is set at the head of the Sneem estuary between Kenmare and Waterville, with a little sheltered harbour at Oysterbed Pier, just opposite the Lodge.
Situated between the towns of Waterville and Kenmare on the Ring of Kerry, the picturesque village of Sneem with its colourful houses offers a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and tea-rooms. The relaxed atmosphere and the variety of activities - from angling to golfing and walking - makes this a popular holiday destination. Killarney National Park with its unspoilt scenery, the stunning coast line all around the peninsula, the nearby towns of Waterville as well as Kenmare with easy access to the other sights of the Irish south west will give you plenty of opportunities of things to do in this beautiful part of Ireland!
Visitors can enjoy unspoilt nature, and a variety of activities from walking and cycling to fishing and golfing.
Unique features of Sneem are the old stone bridge, gaily painted houses and shops surrounding beautiful greens, a sculpture park, the "garden of the senses" park with a riverside wildlife area and a barbecue area, and the natural woodlands abound in the Parknasilla area.
Sneem is a favourite stop for motorists taking the Ring of Kerry Scenic Drive. Local facilities include grocery shops, art galleries, craft shops, pubs, restaurants, take-aways, taxi & bus services and coffee shops.
