Description
The Workshop is a 3-bedroom cottage which is a cosy space for your family to relax and play. This cottage consists of one bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds and two bedrooms upstairs with 2 single beds in each room sleeping 6 in total. Fitted with a self-catering kitchen and bathroom and has a comfortable sitting room for you to relax after a day of fun in Wells House. Guests can use the washing machines and dryers free of charge that are located in the laundry room which is just around the corner from the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels are provided for our guests' use during their stay but if you are planning on going to the beach, please bring along your own towels to use there. There are two bathrooms downstairs in Garden House.
The Courtyard Cottages have been restored to deliver an authentic, country feel but with essential modern touches – like high speed wifi. Each cottage has a unique layout and individual character to be enjoyed.
All residents in the Courtyard Cottages have full access to our Animal Farm, Adventure Playground, picnic areas and woodland walks.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the cottages during your stay.

Wells House & Gardens is one of the top tourist attractions in the South East with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. Relax amongst 450 acres of woodlands and walks, let the little ones Play in our playground, meet all the animals in animal farm and Explore the arboretum, Fairy walk and Mogue’s walk. Don’t forget to say Hello to the Gruffalo!
