Description
Summerville is situated in a quiet location (27 Neidin View) with its own garden and private parking. It is a spacious detached four bedroom house with space to accommodate up to nine people.
The living room is cosy with an open fire and comfy couches and it has a TV and DVD player. Good wifi is available free of charge to guests. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you will need during your stay including fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The utility is home to the washing machine and tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
The house has four bedrooms - one downstairs and three upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and access to a bathroom with both a bath and shower. The master 6ft double bedroom is upstairs and is ensuite. There is another bedroom with both a double and a single bed in it which is also ensute and then the fourth bedroom has two single beds with access to the family bathroom.
Should you wish to sit outside, garden furniture has been provided for your comfort and there is plenty of space for parking.
Summerville is in a great location just a 5-7 minute stroll from the centre of Kenmare.
